In 1988 Jeff began his investigative career with Farmers Insurance Group as a Field Liability Claims Representative serving the Merced, Mariposa, and Stanislaus Counties. This is where Jeff accumulated over 19,000 hours of investigative experience where he was assigned to investigate auto physical damage liability claims, liability property claims, and commercial liability claims. He also served as Branch Fraud Claims Coordinator where he investigated and also served oversight of the investigations of Auto Fraud claims, as well as personal and commercial lines liability claims. It was in this arena Jeff earned his Fraud Claims Law Specialist designation (FCLS). Later he served as a Special Claims Representative Litigation Specialist where he served oversight of litigated personal lines liability claims, commercial lines liability claims and worked in concert with their house counsel within the Central San Joaquin Valley.

With 22 years of insurance experience that has encompassed Claims Investigations and Adjusting, Sales and Marketing, Field Underwriting, Agency ownership and management, as well as his strong and regional and local community relationships. Jeff brings a complete background in insurance which can be applied to any perspective of insurance claims investigations.
